What to include in your message
For Delhi pickup, give the sector or locality, PIN and parking access. At the destination, give the complete address and a person who can inspect and receive the bike. Mention a non-running vehicle, an EV or fitted accessories early so suitability can be confirmed.
If you are asking about an existing shipment, include your consignment number. For a booking change or cancellation, include the booking reference and the change requested. Avoid sending private identity or payment documents with a general enquiry.

Yes. No payment is required to ask for a quote. Final price, scope and booking are confirmed separately.
Can I visit an office in Dwarka?
Dwarka is the stated service area, not a published walk-in office address. Call first to discuss pickup or any meeting arrangement.
Can I get a fixed price from only the destination city?
A useful quote also needs your bike model, condition, pickup and delivery areas and date. Provide both PIN codes to avoid an unclear local delivery scope.
Is tracking available?
Yes, a consignment tracking number is provided. Use it when requesting updates; this is not a claim of continuous live GPS.
What is the insurance charge?
ICICI Lombard cover can be arranged at the stated 3% of the bike’s declared value. It is separate from transport and subject to the policy issued.
