From your first enquiry to the delivery check
We provide door-to-door bike transport from Delhi, including Dwarka, to other Indian cities. The booking starts with your actual vehicle and addresses. Here is what to arrange at each stage so the price, timing and handover are clear.
1. Share the bike and route details
Call or WhatsApp 7015480600 or use our quote form. Send the exact model, running condition, pickup locality and PIN, destination address and preferred date. Mention fitted accessories, an electric vehicle, basement parking or society restrictions before the quote is prepared.
2. Agree the quote and schedule
Confirm packing, loading, transport, doorstep collection and delivery, applicable taxes and any separate charges in writing. Agree the pickup slot, estimated delivery window, payment stages and cancellation terms before paying. No fixed advance percentage or universal delivery day count is promised on this website.
Insurance is separate. ICICI Lombard cover can be arranged at the stated 3% of the bike’s declared value, subject to the issued policy. Check the schedule, exclusions and claim requirements rather than assuming every loss is covered. Read our quote comparison guide and cancellation information.
3. Prepare for pickup
Take clear photos of the bike, existing marks and odometer. Remove personal belongings and discuss any accessories that need to travel. Confirm the packing arrangement and instructions for fuel or battery preparation. Do not remove electrical components or alter the battery without the appropriate instructions.
Keep the agreed document copies ready. If the sender is not the registered owner, or a different person will receive it, confirm the authorisation requirements first. See the preparation checklist and documents guide.
4. Complete the collection handover
Have an authorised person present at the agreed Delhi pickup point. Check the bike’s condition record, keys and any listed accessories before handover. Keep a copy of the pickup receipt. Clarify any mismatch between the written scope and the proposed collection arrangement before the bike leaves.
5. Keep the consignment number for updates
You receive a consignment tracking number. Use it when asking for shipment updates on the booking contact. This is not a promise of continuous live GPS. If your receiving address or availability changes, contact us promptly so feasibility and any effect on the quote can be discussed.
The estimated arrival depends on dispatch, the route and local delivery access. Tell us about a fixed joining date or travel deadline before booking, and confirm the delivery appointment separately from a general tracking update.
6. Inspect the bike at delivery
Arrange a receiver who can compare the bike with the pickup photos. Check visible condition, keys and agreed accessories before completing the delivery record. Photograph any concern, note it on the receipt and contact us promptly. Keep documents and packing relevant to the concern until you have further instructions.
If insurance was arranged, follow the issued policy’s notification and claim requirements. Recording damage is useful evidence; it does not by itself guarantee claim approval.
Doorstep transport or a railway parcel?
Our booking is for the agreed door-to-door scope. If considering railway parcel, verify the current station, acceptance, packing and collection process directly with Indian Railways and compare the whole cost. We are not a railway booking office. A station freight price alone is not the same as collection from home and delivery at your new address.
What a useful pickup record lets you check
Before the motorcycle leaves, compare the written handover record with the actual bike and the agreed scope. Keep a copy you can send to the receiving person.

If the proposed packing, bike condition or destination differs from the quote, raise it while the pickup can still be checked. The receiver should work from that same record, compare the motorcycle and listed items at arrival and document a visible concern promptly.
If you leave Delhi before collection
Nominate a sender in advance and settle any required authorisation. Give them the quote, preparation instructions, document checklist and accessory list. Ask them to keep the completed pickup record and share it with you after collection. Your travel ticket and the bike’s consignment reference should be kept as separate records.
