What if I cancel or change my plans?
Contact us with your booking reference and requested change promptly. Check the agreed terms and our cancellation information; do not assume every stage has the same charges.
Pickup, delivery and tracking
Do you provide door-to-door service?
Yes. Confirm both addresses and any access restrictions before booking so the final handover point is clear.
How long will delivery take?
The estimated window is confirmed for your booking. Dispatch, destination access and road conditions can affect timing; no universal day count is promised.
Can you meet an urgent deadline?
Tell us the required arrival date before booking so feasibility can be checked. Do not assume urgent or guaranteed delivery is included.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, a consignment tracking number is provided. Use it for shipment updates. It is not a promise of continuous live GPS.
Can someone else receive my bike?
Agree the recipient’s details and any authorisation requirements in advance. They should have the condition photos and be able to inspect the bike.
Are Sunday pickups available?
Ask about availability for your actual date and location before making plans. A seven-day pickup schedule is not promised on this page.
Documents and ownership
Which documents should I prepare?
Confirm the required copies for your booking. RC, vehicle insurance and identity or authorisation details may be requested. See our documents checklist; do not send private documents with an initial price enquiry.
What if the RC is in a parent’s name?
Tell us who owns, hands over and receives the bike. Confirm the authorisation required before pickup.
What if the bike is financed?
Mention this before booking and check any relevant requirements with the lender. Do not assume a loan NOC is universally required or that transport overrides the loan terms.
Does transport change my registration?
Transport itself does not complete registration or tax formalities. Check requirements for your situation with the relevant transport authority separately.
Bike preparation and handling
How should I prepare the bike?
Take condition and odometer photos, remove personal belongings and agree the document and accessory list. Follow the preparation guide and confirm vehicle-specific instructions.
What packing is included?
Confirm the actual materials and handling scope in your quote. Special fittings and modifications should be disclosed first.
Should I drain fuel or disconnect the battery?
Get instructions for your vehicle and transport arrangement before making changes. Do not alter an EV battery or electrical system based on generic advice.
Can I leave luggage or a helmet with the bike?
Remove personal belongings. Any item you want transported must be discussed and recorded in the agreed scope; do not leave it attached without agreement.
Can you handle an EV or non-running bike?
Share the exact model and condition first. Acceptance, preparation and loading requirements must be confirmed before booking.
Insurance and delivery concerns
Is insurance included in transport?
It is separate. ICICI Lombard cover can be arranged at the stated charge of 3% of the declared bike value, subject to the policy issued.
What does 3% mean?
For a bike declared at ₹1,00,000, the stated insurance charge is ₹3,000. It is based on bike value, not the transport bill.
Does the policy cover every scratch or loss?
Do not assume blanket cover. Read the issued schedule, coverage, exclusions, deductible and claim conditions. Payment depends on policy terms and claim assessment.
What should I check at delivery?
Compare the bike with pre-pickup photos, check listed keys and accessories and record any concern before completing the receipt.
What if I notice damage?
Photograph it, note it on the delivery record and contact us promptly. Retain relevant packing and documents, and follow the insurer’s notification requirements if insured.

Do you collect from Dwarka?
Yes, the Delhi service includes Dwarka. Share your sector, society, PIN and access rules.
Where can I visit your office?

Comparing models and transport quotations
Are bike courier, bike parcel and bike shifting different services?
Those names alone do not define the booking. Establish the actual transport arrangement, where you hand over and receive the bike, who handles packing and what is included in the total. If you mean railway parcel, obtain its current booking requirements directly from Indian Railways.
Does the engine capacity tell you everything needed for a quote?
No. Send the exact model and condition, as well as fitted luggage, modifications or damaged parts. Motorcycles with similar engine capacity can differ in dimensions and handling needs. EVs need their own model and battery details.
Can I calculate the transport price by multiplying a per-km rate?
Distance is one part of the cost. Collection, packing, loading and final delivery also matter. Use the written quote for your actual addresses and motorcycle, with inclusions and separate items shown. The pricing guide explains how to compare those lines.
Which changes should be checked against the original quote?
A different model, running condition, address, date or accessory list can change the scope. Send the revised details early and keep the accepted arrangement and amount in writing with the original booking record.
