Keep originals secure and share private documents only through the agreed booking channel. The quote form is for an enquiry; do not put identity or bank details in its message box. Insurance charge and damage reporting
We arrange insurance through ICICI Lombard. Our insurance charge is 3% of the bike’s declared value, separate from transport: a declared value of ₹1,00,000 gives a ₹3,000 charge.
Check the issued policy or certificate for the insured amount, route, dates, selected cover, exclusions and any deductible. This is our stated booking charge, not a claim that every ICICI Lombard policy has a standard 3% premium. Ask for premium, service-charge and tax details in the quotation.
If you notice damage, compare it with the pickup record, photograph it, note the concern at delivery and contact the team promptly. Follow the insurer’s notice and inspection instructions too. An insurance charge does not guarantee that every scratch or fault will be paid for.

How is insurance charged?
Our insurance charge is 3% of the declared bike value, separate from transport. At ₹1,00,000 declared value it is ₹3,000. The issued ICICI Lombard policy determines actual cover and claim conditions.
What if someone else receives the bike?
Agree the receiving person’s details with the team and share the pickup condition photographs and consignment number with them. They should check and record the bike’s condition at delivery.
What happens if my moving date changes?
Contact the team promptly and check the revised availability, quote and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions. Do not assume free waiting or storage.
