Moving to the Hyderabad IT corridor?
For Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur, HITEC City or the Financial District, send the apartment or building name, tower, PIN and receiving contact. Your office location may be different from where the bike needs to go. If your company has arranged temporary accommodation, confirm that address will still be valid when the bike arrives.
Ask society security about delivery entry and unloading rules before booking. A gated complex may require a vehicle entry request or a resident present at handover. If access is restricted, we will need to agree an appropriate receiving arrangement with you. Door-to-door service should have a clear agreed delivery point.
Secunderabad and other Hyderabad destinations
Tell us specifically if the drop is in Secunderabad, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Uppal or LB Nagar. A general “Hyderabad” destination can hide a substantial difference in the local delivery plan. The PIN and complete address are more useful than the nearest famous landmark.

Do not rely on an office landmark near HITEC City or Gachibowli when the motorcycle is actually going to a different residential address. A company guest house may have its own access and parking process. Settle that with the responsible contact, and nominate someone who can inspect the bike if you will be attending joining formalities.

Coordinate the shipment with your joining date
If you need the bike for a new job, tell us the required arrival date before paying. The estimated transport window depends on dispatch arrangements and destination access; it is not a fixed five- or seven-day promise. Confirm the proposed schedule and keep some flexibility for a long interstate journey.
If you will be at work when delivery is proposed, arrange an authorised receiver rather than leaving the bike to be accepted by an uninformed security guard. Keep the tracking number handy and confirm the actual handover time when the shipment approaches delivery.
Compare doorstep delivery with a station parcel plan
When looking at a rail parcel alternative for Hyderabad or Secunderabad, check the accepting and receiving station, current booking requirements and collection arrangements directly. Include packing, local collection travel and any other applicable costs in the comparison. We offer door-to-door transport; the scope is different from a station-to-station freight price.

Choose a place where the recipient can inspect the bike comfortably and safely. During hot or wet weather, ask about a practical handover time and a sheltered inspection point if available. Do not request unloading where standing water or traffic makes it unsafe.
Before riding, check the visible condition, controls and tyres against the pre-pickup record. If something looks damaged or does not operate normally, document it and raise the concern before riding away. A transport receipt is also useful to retain for your records when relocating; it does not replace vehicle registration or insurance documents.
Tracking, insurance and the delivery check
You receive a consignment tracking number. Keep it with your pickup receipt and quote, and mention it when contacting us for a shipment update. This is consignment tracking, not a claim of continuous live GPS.
ICICI Lombard transit insurance can be arranged at 3% of the declared bike value. Ask for the policy schedule and check the insured journey, risks covered, exclusions, deductible and claim notification requirements. The transport charge and insurance charge are separate. A claim is assessed under the issued policy; payment is not automatic.
At delivery, compare the bike with your pre-pickup photos before completing the receipt. Photograph any concern, record it on the handover document and contact us promptly. Keep the packing and documents until you have received instructions about any reported damage.

Can I track the consignment?
