Delhi to Indore: price planning
Our broad 500–1,000 km distance-based planning band is ₹3,000–7,000 for a 100–150cc bike, ₹4,000–9,000 for a 151–350cc bike and ₹6,000–12,000 for a premium or heavy bike. A coaching address is not always your receiving address
If you are moving around Bhawarkuan, give the actual PG or hostel name, lane and PIN rather than only the coaching institute. Check parking permission before the bike leaves Delhi. If you are still choosing accommodation, settle a receiving plan first.
For a campus around Rau or Simrol, provide the specific entrance and authorised recipient. Do not use a central Indore landmark as the destination for an outlying campus. Ask security about vehicle entry and where a proper inspection can take place.
Parents sending a bike should confirm who owns it, who hands it over in Delhi and who receives it in Indore. Agree the authorisation documents before pickup and send the recipient the condition photos.
Before sending a bike to a student in Indore
Use the place where the student will actually stay and park the bike. A coaching centre or college name can help identify an area, but it is not a receiving arrangement on its own.
- Write down the PG, hostel or flat address and PIN and identify the person who can meet the delivery.
- Check when parking becomes available, including whether this starts later than admission or reporting day.
- If a parent owns the bike, settle the owner, sender and receiver details and required authorisation before Delhi pickup.
- Send the student the pickup condition photographs and accessory list, not only the transport team’s number.
For a campus or workplace outside the address first discussed, give the full destination. An enquiry for Indore city should not be reused for an unmentioned campus, industrial destination or nearby town. Ask for the actual location and access to be included in the written quote.
If the student is travelling ahead, organise someone to complete the Delhi handover using the same booking record.
Super Corridor, city offices and industrial destinations
For a Super Corridor-side address, include the township or building and approach road. For Vijay Nagar, Palasia, Nipania or the AB Road side, give the complete residential destination rather than your employer’s office unless office delivery is actually intended.
Pithampur and Dewas should be named separately when enquiring. Confirm availability, final-mile scope and price for the exact location rather than assuming an Indore-city quote includes onward delivery.
If your receiving address is near Rajwada, Sarafa or another narrow lane, explain access restrictions before dispatch. Agree any alternative handover point in advance.
Plan for arrival without assuming a fixed day count
Tell us your college reporting or joining date when requesting the quote. Confirm the estimated shipment window and arrange a receiver who can be present. Collection, dispatch and local handover all form part of the schedule; a distance estimate alone does not determine delivery time.

Prepare the bike before collection
Photograph the bike from all sides, including existing scratches and the odometer. Remove personal belongings and discuss fitted accessories before pickup. Confirm the packing scope and instructions for fuel or battery preparation rather than making changes yourself.

Tracking, insurance and the delivery check
You receive a consignment tracking number. Keep it with your pickup receipt and quote, and mention it when contacting us for a shipment update. This is consignment tracking, not a claim of continuous live GPS.
ICICI Lombard transit insurance can be arranged at 3% of the declared bike value. Ask for the policy schedule and check the insured journey, risks covered, exclusions, deductible and claim notification requirements. The transport charge and insurance charge are separate. A claim is assessed under the issued policy; payment is not automatic.
At delivery, compare the bike with your pre-pickup photos before completing the receipt. Photograph any concern, record it on the handover document and contact us promptly. Keep the packing and documents until you have received instructions about any reported damage.
