Tracking, insurance and the delivery check
You receive a consignment tracking number. Keep it with your pickup receipt and quote, and mention it when contacting us for a shipment update. This is consignment tracking, not a claim of continuous live GPS.
ICICI Lombard transit insurance can be arranged at 3% of the declared bike value. Ask for the policy schedule and check the insured journey, risks covered, exclusions, deductible and claim notification requirements. The transport charge and insurance charge are separate. A claim is assessed under the issued policy; payment is not automatic.
At delivery, compare the bike with your pre-pickup photos before completing the receipt. Photograph any concern, record it on the handover document and contact us promptly. Keep the packing and documents until you have received instructions about any reported damage.
