If the bike is needed for a particular family visit or festival date, say so when requesting the quote. Ask about the available pickup and estimated delivery window before committing to your own travel. No fixed “book this many days ahead” rule can guarantee arrival.
If family members will receive it while you are travelling, confirm their availability and share the booking reference and condition photos. Let us know about local event restrictions or a road that will be difficult to access. A delivery appointment should work for the receiver, not just your departure from Delhi.
Plan the family handover before you book your own travel
For a trip home around Chhath or Diwali, write down two separate dates: when the bike is available in Delhi and when somebody can receive it at the Patna address. A train or flight ticket fixes your own travel, not the motorcycle’s dispatch or delivery.
If you leave first, give the Delhi sender the agreed quote, document checklist and accessory list. Have them keep the pickup record and send you a copy after collection. At the other end, give the family receiver the same photographs and inventory.
