Wardha Road, MIHAN or another part of Nagpur?

For MIHAN, Khapri, Manish Nagar, Besa or Beltarodi, include the actual home, hostel or workplace entrance. A broad Wardha Road destination is not enough to define the final drop. For Dharampeth, Ramdaspeth, Civil Lines or Pratap Nagar, send the building and PIN.

If your address is towards Hingna, Butibori or Kamptee, state it explicitly when enquiring. The route quote must match the receiving point and any local access requirements. Do not change an unspecified city destination to a more distant address after dispatch without discussing it.

Office, hospital campus and controlled-entry deliveries

If you are joining a workplace or institution, ask whether outside delivery vehicles can enter and who can authorise the visit. Provide the designated gate and receiver’s contact. Do not assume a transporter can enter a restricted site merely because you work there.

Where access is limited, agree a permitted handover location before booking. The receiver still needs room and time to inspect the bike, compare photos and complete the receipt. If a work shift overlaps the delivery window, arrange an authorised person in advance.

Plan a comfortable and safe inspection

During hot weather, ask about a practical handover time and an inspection spot where the receiver can check the vehicle without rushing. In rain, report any waterlogging or blocked approach. Neither a particular appointment time nor protection against every weather risk is implied by the quote.

For an EV, disclose the model and battery condition and obtain vehicle-specific preparation instructions. Do not assume a generic fuel or battery rule applies to every model.

Coordinate your Nagpur move with the shipment

If something looks different, they should photograph it, note it on the handover document and contact the team promptly, then follow the reporting and inspection terms in the issued policy.
