Delhi to Goa bike transport charges
For initial planning, the website’s 1,000–2,000 km distance-based planning band is ₹4,000–11,000 for a 100–150cc bike, ₹5,000–13,000 for a 151–350cc bike and ₹8,000–20,000 for a premium or heavy bike. These are broad indicative estimates, not a fixed Delhi–Goa tariff. Your quote depends on the actual addresses, model, condition and date.
Confirm packing, loading, doorstep pickup, final delivery and applicable taxes in the written quote. Insurance is separate: our stated charge is 3% of the bike’s declared value for ICICI Lombard cover, subject to the issued policy. For a declared value of ₹1,00,000, that charge is ₹3,000.

Sending your own bike or renting for the stay?
Compare the transport quote with the length of your stay, rental terms, your bike’s condition and any return shipment you may need. A short holiday and a permanent move have different costs. There is no universal two-month break-even point.
If you decide to send the bike, confirm your accommodation and receiving arrangements before dispatch. A temporary booking may end before the shipment arrives. Return transport, storage and onward travel are separate questions to discuss; they are not automatically included.
North Goa or South Goa: give the exact locality
For Panaji, Porvorim, Mapusa, Candolim, Anjuna, Assagao, Siolim or Morjim, provide the house or property name, village, PIN and receiving contact. For Margao, Vasco, Verna, Colva, Benaulim or further south, identify the location at the quote stage rather than using only “Goa”.
A map pin is useful alongside a written address where the house is down a village lane. Tell us about a narrow approach, steep entrance or a place where unloading is difficult. Agree any alternative receiving point before booking.
If staying at a villa, hotel or homestay, obtain permission for the delivery and nominate someone who can inspect the bike. Do not assume a host will accept a wrapped vehicle while you are away.
Keep the bike delivery separate from your flight arrival
Tell us your travel date and the dates the property is available. Confirm the estimated shipment window before booking. A six- or nine-day promise and a bike waiting at check-in are not implied by this page.
During rain or a busy event near the property, check whether the approach and unloading point remain usable. Keep the consignment number for updates and confirm the final appointment when delivery is being arranged.
Using a hotel, villa or homestay for the Goa handover
A property booking does not automatically make reception responsible for your motorcycle. Speak to the property before using it as the destination, then name the person who will meet the delivery and inspect the bike.
- Check whether the property can receive a bike before you check in, or only while you are staying there.
- Identify an accessible handover point and where the motorcycle can be parked afterwards.
- Give the receiver your pickup photographs and list of the key and accepted accessories.
- If your stay changes, send the new address early and obtain the revised transport arrangement.
For a shorter visit, include your full travel plan when comparing sending your own bike with hiring one locally. Use actual hire terms and the transport quote; do not assume either is always cheaper. If you want return transport after the stay, make a separate enquiry for availability, dates, scope and price. An outward Delhi-to-Goa booking does not establish the return arrangements.
Touring accessories and a longer stay
Describe panniers, windscreens, luggage racks or other modifications before quoting. Discuss which parts will remain fitted and how agreed items are recorded. Remove personal bags and valuables.
After delivery, inspect the bike before use and follow its manufacturer’s maintenance guidance for the conditions in which you keep it. Transport is not a mechanical inspection, servicing or a guarantee against corrosion during your stay.
Prepare for a temporary Goa delivery address
Before collection, photograph the bike from all sides, including existing scratches and the odometer reading. List the keys and accessories going with it, including any touring luggage that stays fitted, and remove personal belongings. Ask the team for preparation instructions for your model, especially fuel or an EV battery, and mention before booking if the bike does not start.

If the bike is going to a villa, hotel, homestay or rented room, check the handover arrangements with the property before dispatch:
- Will you or a named receiver be at the property when delivery is likely to be arranged?
- Does that receiver have the pickup photos, accessory list and booking reference?
- If your booking ends or changes, who will tell the team the new address before delivery?
Tracking, insurance and the handover check in Goa
You receive a consignment tracking number. Share it with whoever will receive the bike, and quote it when contacting the team for a shipment update. It is a reference for team enquiries, not continuous live GPS.
ICICI Lombard transit insurance can be arranged at 3% of the bike’s declared value. This charge is separate from the transport charge. Cover is subject to the issued policy, including its exclusions, deductible and claims procedure, so read the policy schedule before dispatch. A claim is assessed under that policy and is not automatic.
At delivery, the receiver should compare the bike and listed items with the pickup photos before completing the receipt. If something looks different, they should photograph it, note it on the handover document and contact the team promptly. Follow the reporting and inspection terms in the issued policy, and keep the packing and documents until you have instructions.
