Whichever address you choose, put it on the written quotation. A later local move from your PG to a flat, storage before possession or a second delivery is not part of the original scope unless expressly agreed. Give a friend receiving for you the pickup photographs and accessory list as well as the consignment number.

For an apartment or gated campus, ask about delivery hours and entry permission. If a larger vehicle cannot reach the entrance, agree the final handover point with the team in advance.

Take clear pickup photographs of the bike’s sides, tank, mirrors, lights, levers and any existing damage. Note the odometer and disclose fitted accessories. Agree which detachable items will travel with the bike and how they are recorded.
Confirm the packing scope, protection for exposed parts and fuel instructions before collection. For an EV, request the model-specific battery preparation instructions. Tell us if the bike does not start, roll, steer or brake so handling can be assessed.

Keep booking records ready
Confirm the document copies required for your booking and have the registration and ownership details available. If the owner, booking contact and handover person differ, discuss that before pickup. Keep original documents secure.

Insurance and reporting a concern
Our insurance charge is 3% of the bike’s declared value, separate from transport. A declared value of ₹1,00,000 gives a ₹3,000 charge. We arrange policies through ICICI Lombard; check the actual cover, journey, insured value, exclusions and deductible in the issued document.
At delivery, compare the bike with pickup photographs. Record and photograph a concern and inform the team promptly. Follow the insurer’s reporting and inspection requirements as well. An insurance charge does not mean every scratch is covered or guarantee a settlement amount.
