OMR, central Chennai or the Tambaram side?
Give the actual receiving address, not just “Chennai”. For an OMR destination such as Perungudi, Thoraipakkam, Sholinganallur, Navalur or Siruseri, include the apartment or campus name and PIN. For Velachery, Adyar, Guindy, Anna Nagar or Porur, provide the approach road and the recipient’s contact.
If your address is towards Tambaram, Chromepet or Pallavaram, state the locality clearly. The drop should be quoted for that address rather than an unspecified point in central Chennai. Check society entry permission and unloading access before agreeing the pickup in Delhi.
Our service is door to door. Where a narrow lane or a building rule limits access, agree the receiving point in advance. A map pin is helpful alongside a written address, but it should not replace a building name, PIN and phone number.
Plan the bike’s journey separately from your flight

If comparing railway parcel, check current requirements and the actual destination station directly, then include station drop, packing and collection in the total. Our door-to-door service is a different scope from station freight alone.

Use actual numbers from your own situation rather than comparing the transport bill with the bike’s original purchase price. What matters now is what you would receive on sale and what a suitable replacement would cost.

You receive a consignment tracking number. Keep it with your pickup receipt and quote, and mention it when contacting us for a shipment update. This is consignment tracking, not a claim of continuous live GPS.
ICICI Lombard transit insurance can be arranged at 3% of the declared bike value. Ask for the policy schedule and check the insured journey, risks covered, exclusions, deductible and claim notification requirements. The transport charge and insurance charge are separate. A claim is assessed under the issued policy; payment is not automatic.
At delivery, compare the bike with your pre-pickup photos before completing the receipt. Photograph any concern, record it on the handover document and contact us promptly. Keep the packing and documents until you have received instructions about any reported damage.

Can I send an electric vehicle?
Give the exact model and battery condition first. Acceptance, preparation instructions and the quote need to be confirmed for that vehicle.
