Website enquiries and confirmed bookings
Bike Transport Delhi provides information and accepts enquiries for bike transport from Delhi. Sending a form is a request for a quotation; it does not reserve a vehicle, fix a price or confirm a pickup. No payment is collected through this website.
A booking requires the customer and Bike Transport Delhi to agree the actual vehicle, addresses, price, scope, schedule and applicable conditions separately in writing. Keep that confirmation and the payment records.
Quotes and service scope
Website price ranges are indicative market planning estimates. The amount for your move depends on the model, condition, pickup and delivery points, access and preferred date. Confirm packing, loading, transport, doorstep collection and delivery, applicable taxes and any separate charges before payment.
If your details change, discuss the revised scope and price before the change takes effect. Quote validity, payment stages and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions should be stated in the written booking. No universal advance percentage or validity period is created by this page.
Vehicle and contact details
Give accurate information about the bike, ownership, condition and fitted accessories. Disclose a non-running vehicle, electric battery issue or other handling concern before booking. Confirm the required document copies and authorisation for the sender and receiver.
Remove personal belongings. Any accessories or other items intended to travel should be discussed and recorded in the agreed scope. Follow the confirmed vehicle-specific preparation instructions.
Collection, access and delivery
Door-to-door service is based on the agreed addresses and access arrangements. Tell us about narrow lanes, basement parking, gate permissions or restricted premises in advance. Agree any alternative handover point before dispatch where direct access is not feasible.
Arrange an authorised person to hand over and receive the bike. Keep condition photos and the pickup receipt. At delivery, inspect the vehicle and record any concern before completing the handover record.
Timing and tracking
The delivery window is an estimate unless a specific commitment is separately agreed in writing. Dispatch arrangements, road conditions and receiving access can affect timing. Tell us about any essential deadline before booking.
A consignment tracking number is provided for shipment enquiries. It is not a commitment to continuous live GPS tracking.
Transit insurance and concerns
ICICI Lombard cover can be arranged at the stated charge of 3% of the bike’s declared value, separately from transport. The issued policy controls coverage, exclusions, deductible and claim requirements. A website description does not replace the policy or guarantee a claim payment.
If damage or loss is suspected, keep the photos, receipt, packing and relevant correspondence and contact us promptly. Follow the reporting requirements in the agreed booking and any issued insurance policy. This page does not introduce a new liability limit or waive rights that apply to your booking.
