Information in a quote request
The enquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number, bike model, pickup and destination details, preferred date and message. These details are used to respond to your request and discuss a possible booking. The consent box asks for permission to contact you about that enquiry.
Provide only what is needed to discuss the move. Please do not include identity documents, card details, bank passwords or OTPs in a quote message. The website form does not accept payment or document uploads.
Where form enquiries go
Submitted details are sent through the hosting and mail infrastructure to our enquiry mailbox at [email protected]. This is separate from the public Delhi contact email. Email storage, delivery and retention depend on the mail systems used to handle the enquiry.
A successful form message means the mail server accepted the submission; it does not itself confirm a transport booking. Use the public contact details if you need to follow up.
Session cookies and security checks
The forms use a necessary session cookie, a request token, a hidden spam field and submission rate limits. These support form security and spam prevention. Session information may include a security token and recent submission status. Blocking the necessary cookie may prevent the form from working.
Technical information and website analytics
The hosting infrastructure may record IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and access times for operation and security. Hosting settings determine log retention. The site also loads a Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon, which processes technical usage and performance information through Cloudflare.
Phone, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant application or service. When you choose one of those channels, its provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Information used during a booking
A confirmed booking may require full addresses, recipient details, vehicle records, condition photos and payment references. Confirm what is needed and how to share it at that stage. Information needed to arrange collection, delivery or separately requested insurance may need to be provided to the people or service providers involved in that arrangement.
If you provide another person’s contact details as a sender or receiver, make sure they know why they will be contacted. Keep unrelated personal information out of the booking messages.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry emails and booking correspondence may be kept for responding, managing the service and relevant record requirements. There is no automatic deletion period promised on this page. You can contact the public Delhi email to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry.
Include enough information to identify the enquiry, such as the contact number used and approximate submission date. Do not send extra identity documents unless a specific verification need has been explained. Some records may need to remain for an active booking, dispute or applicable record requirement.
