For initial planning, the website’s 1,000–2,000 km distance-based planning band is ₹4,000–11,000 for a 100–150cc bike, ₹5,000–13,000 for a 151–350cc bike and ₹8,000–20,000 for a premium or heavy bike. These are broad indicative estimates, not a fixed Delhi–Pune tariff. Your quote depends on the actual addresses, model, condition and date.

Pune city, PCMC or Hinjewadi: give the full delivery address
“Pune” can mean very different receiving locations. For Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Hadapsar or Magarpatta, include the building and approach road. For Baner, Aundh, Balewadi or Kothrud, share the society name and PIN. If the destination is Pimpri-Chinchwad, Wakad, Ravet or Hinjewadi, state that clearly rather than using a central Pune landmark.
In Hinjewadi, include the phase and the actual residential or office delivery address. An employer’s campus name is not a substitute for the receiving point. Check whether security needs prior vehicle registration, whether unloading is permitted and who can receive the bike during your workday.
We provide door-to-door service. If the approach road or society rules restrict vehicle access, agree a suitable handover arrangement before booking. Do not assume a gate handover and delivery to a basement parking bay mean the same thing.
Collection from Delhi
Pickup is available from Delhi, including Dwarka. Give your sector or locality, PIN code and parking access. If you leave Delhi before collection, agree who will hand over the bike and documents. Share that contact before the pickup slot is fixed.
Arrange delivery around your Pune move-in date

Riding to Pune or sending the bike?
Compare the full cost of riding—fuel, accommodation, time away from work and your comfort with a long journey—with a written transport quote. Riding may suit a planned trip; transport is useful when your own travel is already booked or you have several moving-day tasks. Do not assume the bike will arrive before you unless that schedule has been agreed.
Comparing a railway parcel option
If considering rail, verify current acceptance, charges and collection requirements with the railway parcel office. Add packing and travel to and from both stations when comparing the total. Our door-to-door quote should be compared with the complete alternative, not just its freight charge. We are not an Indian Railways booking office.
Moving to Pune for college or a PG stay?
Confirm that your hostel or PG allows a bike and has parking before dispatch. Give the actual accommodation address rather than only the college name. If you have not finalised a room, discuss the receiving plan before booking instead of changing the destination after dispatch.
When a parent owns the bike, tell us who will hand it over and who will receive it. Confirm the authorisation documents in advance. Transport booking does not settle any separate vehicle registration or local tax requirements for a long-term move.
Hostel possession, parking and delivery are three separate checks
A college reporting date can be earlier than hostel possession, and the place you stay first may differ from your final room. Settle where the motorcycle can actually be received and parked before it leaves Delhi.

Keep the full locality and PIN on the quotation, including a PCMC or other destination if that is the actual address. A later local shift from the first PG to a permanent flat is a separate arrangement unless included in writing. Have the student keep the pickup photographs, key list and consignment reference available on their own phone for the delivery check.
Tracking, insurance and the delivery check
You receive a consignment tracking number. Keep it with your pickup receipt and quote, and mention it when contacting us for a shipment update. This is consignment tracking, not a claim of continuous live GPS.
ICICI Lombard transit insurance can be arranged at 3% of the declared bike value. Ask for the policy schedule and check the insured journey, risks covered, exclusions, deductible and claim notification requirements. The transport charge and insurance charge are separate. A claim is assessed under the issued policy; payment is not automatic.
At delivery, compare the bike with your pre-pickup photos before completing the receipt. Photograph any concern, record it on the handover document and contact us promptly. Keep the packing and documents until you have received instructions about any reported damage.
